Huayu Industry Co. Ltd is composed of Huayu Flange Co. Ltd and Huayu Fittings Co. Ltd,  we are located in Qingdao Shandong Province China founded in year 1985. 

We specialize in carbon steel flange, stainless steel flange, alloy steel flange,and pipe fittings with high quality and moderate prices.Our company have a area of 90,000 square meters, with annual production capacity of 45,00 Mts flange and pipe fittings. We have 8 sets of forging machine, 42 sets high precision machine tools, floor-type lathes, drills, vertical lathes CNC, 4 electrical heating furnaces, 4 heat treatment furnaces, 6 detection equipment, 2 tensile machines, 2 impact testers, 4 hardness testers, 4 metallographic analyzers etc.

We have established a one stop manufacturing, marketing, technology, and quality management system, we have over 300 employees and 5 of them are engineer. We have advanced lab with leeb hardness tester, optical thermometer, physical and chemical analyzer, coloring agent detector, spectrometer, magnetic, tensile testing machine,magnetic powder flaw detector, impact testing machine etc.

We have implemented a strict quality control system and abtained ISO9000 quality management system certification, In year 2008 we obtained production license for flanges issued by China State bureau of quality and technical supervision, In year 2010 we got The German TUV-ISO9001:2000 quality system certification. In year 2012 we obtained the German Rhine PED/CE certification.
